Our 2023 courses are fast and scenic

For the first time, the courses will be point-to-point - which means all races will start at Prairieland Park and finish downtown along the river valley.

Cameco will provide free shuttle buses for all participants and spectators between the start and finish lines.

The 5km course is ultra-fast with a slight downhill trend from Prairieland Park to the finish line on Spadina Crescent in the downtown core.
The 10km route takes runners and walkers from Prairieland Park through downtown and past the Train Bridge before turning around to finish downtown.
The half-marathon (21.1k) course follows the 10km course and continues along the river valley until turning around near the Lawson Heights neighbourhood and returning to downtown.
