Step Up Training Plans

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner looking to improve your time, we have a training plan for you!

Developed by Brad Spokes at Zone Sports Physiotherapy, these training plans provide weekly running assignments as well as complementary exercises to help you stay strong and healthy. The plans start June 1 and continue through the first week of October when you’ll run this year’s virtual event. If you’re starting after June 1, feel free to adapt the dates as necessary.

To get the most out of these training plans, we encourage you to join the Step Up for Mental Health Virtual Run Club on Facebook. Ask questions of our experts and be part of a Step Up community that is all about cheering each other on.
